Business Need / Purpose of Role

Provide installation of FSR in the field.

Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

  • Assist with billing and JSA’s in the field
  • Inspect and inventory FSR
  • Knowledge of SPM Products and Customer Requirements
  • Provides proper care and maintenance of all tools, trucks, trailers, and FSR
  • Assists with customers as needed
  • Performs other routine duties

 

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with one to three years related experiencem Must be 21 years old. 

 

Language Skills: 

Ability to read, write, and speak in the English language

 

Mathematical Skills: 

Ability to add, subtract, and multiply two digit numbers with 10's, 100's, and 1000’s.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance 

 

Reasoning Ability: 

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving many variables in situations on customer locations.

 

Other Skills and Abilities: 

Must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to drive a company vehicle as needed. Pass level 3 FSR training and hands on course within 30 days of employment and will be mentored by a level 2 or higher trained SPM employee

Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel toed safety shoes, safety glasses, and fire retardant clothing on all locations
