Business Need / Purpose of Role

Provide global training on the company’s service standards, process and procedures and proprietary software systems. Develop and maintain training and test curriculum for class room and fields testing.

Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

Including but not limited to: 

  • Deliver professional, technical training in classroom settings or on conference calls, as well as through hands-on workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions in a professional and engaging manner
  • Customize training programs to meet the needs of our business
  • Conduct ongoing analysis, development, implementation and maintenance of the training materials and records for our training programs
  • Solid project and time management skills, computer competence and the ability to use media effectively
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workflow and interact with all levels off employees
  • An understanding of corporate etiquette and the ability to ask the right questions to understand true business needs
  • Responsible for performing miscellaneous duties related to training and development
  • Previous experience in developing and delivering train the trainer programs 
  • Has delivered effective “virtual classroom” learning events
  • Knowledge of PC-based/Network software applications
  • Ability to resolve complex and diverse issues and perform tasks independently
  • Ability to provide customer service, time management and clear communication with both internal and external customers
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible
  • Ability to work independently and to lead work teams

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications


Education - Bachelor's or Associate's degree with three to five years of related experience; or five to seven years' related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two to Three years experience in creating and implementing training in a industrial environment. No fear of getting your hands dirty. Two to Three years global travel and training experience.


Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Multi lingual will be a major benefit.


Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be able to work independently and without supervision.


Computer Skills:

The incumbent should have knowledge of the following software: High level of computer skills are required, Microsoft Office Products including MS Project and knowledge of the inter business support applications.

This position will require 25 to 50% travel for both domestic and international. Must posses or be able to acquire a passport.
