Responsible for effectively implementing the recruiting and retention strategies for the Company. Identifies ways to improve recruitment activities, and employee retention. Manages third party vendor relationships. Ensure the Company is represented in a professional manner and the best candidates are recruited.
Including but not limited to:
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Bachelor's degree in HR from an accredited four-year college or university; 2 to 3 years hands on experience in high volume recruiting for industrial and technical staff in manufacturing and field service environment.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Expertise in using social networking and online communication tools to attract candidates. Computer proficiency in desktop software, and web based employment application systems. Mastery of a wide range of recruitment skills such as competency models and skills assessments that support the development of diverse strategies. Strong knowledge of software engineering, product and design skill sets.
Excellent candidate mining skills. In depth knowledge of engineering, program management in a technical field, information technology, and technical professional recruiting. Thorough understanding of how to source candidates in wide range of disciplines.Ability to work effectively under critical time factors and adapt to frequently changing work assignments
