  • Business Need / Purpose of Role

    Assists Pressure Pumping's executive sales organization and their respective teams as part of the administrative support team, handling a wide variety of situations involving administrative functions of the office. Manages executive's calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence and budget. Develops and prepares presentations and reports. May advise others of the executive's views on policies or issues, using judgment and discretion.

    Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

    Including but not limited to: 

     

    • Attends weekly staff meetings, taking and transcribing meeting minutes for distribution to executive management and team.

     

    • Prepares presentations and reports as requested to include PowerPoint, Excel and Word documents.

     

    • Ability to compose, review and maintain information/correspondence that is confidential in nature. 

     

    • Extensive calendar management, maintaining a proactive approach while keeping executive management apprised of potential conflicts.

     

    • Coordinates travel [domestic & international], including, but not limited to air, ground, lodging and other documentation that may be required for travel [i.e. visa’s, immunization requirements, etc.].

     

    • Compiles expense reports, reviewing for accuracy and ensuring compliance with our internal policies and procedures, reconciling as necessary [via Concur].

     

    • Assists with coordination/planning of company dinners, offsite events and other corporate functions [i.e. available space, room set-up, catering, scheduling of team activities, etc.].

     

    • Schedules and coordinates meeting logistics [i.e. conference rooms, telecom, handouts, catering, etc.].

     

    • Develops and maintains a positive rapport with internal and external customers.

    Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    Associates degree or 4+ years’ experience in an administrative function assisting executive management and their respective teams, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    Language:

    Ability to read, analyze and compile business correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 
     

    Mathematical Skills:

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

     

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 
     

    Computer Skills:

    The incumbent should have knowledge of the following software: MS Office Suite.

     

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Special Skills:

    Requires a high level of organizational skills including experience in meeting and travel planning, research, prioritizing and coordinating schedules and resources on a broad range of tasks. Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality on a wide spectrum of topics and issues for which discretion is required.
