The Quality Assurance Analyst will be part of the IT Team and will be responsible for the quality of software and systems. The Analyst will create and execute manual and automated tests using various tools and techniques. The Analyst ensures QA processes and best practices are followed as well as recommend and implement improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. Requires 3+ years of Quality Assurance Testing experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Multi lingual will be a benefit.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer and other Skills:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. In certain areas of the facility personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes, high visibility vest, and ear plugs.
