    Business Need / Purpose of Role

    Responsible for reviewing orders that are ready to be invoiced and resolving issues that could cause delinquent payments or write offs prior to generating the invoices.  This role is the subject matter expert when it comes to customer requirements for invoicing, which are ever evolving.   

    Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

    Objectives:

    • Review orders ready to invoice and ensure customer requirements are met prior to invoicing.
    • Coordinate with appropriate internal and/or external parties to assist with the missed invoicing requirements.
    • Coordinate with customers as necessary to ensure up to date information is documented for invoicing.
    • Run invoices daily for approved orders.
    • Document changes and keep a log of specific customer requirements for invoicing.
    • Assist with collections or other AR duties as needed.
    • Ad hoc projects as needed

     

    Measurements:

    • Key accountabilities will be on annual and mid-year review

    Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

     

    Mathematical: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

     

    Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

     

    Computer Skills: Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Processing, Project Management, Excel, Word

     

    Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Over 2/3 time spent sitting at computer, typing, and talking on the phone.

     

    Work Environment: Moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic)
