    Business Need / Purpose of Role

    This role provides support for Finance and the IT department. This position is responsible for providing a variety of tasks in these areas including running programs and reports to facilitate month end close and network tape backups. Accounts payable work is also part of the job duties along with support for an ERP implementation project.

    Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities


    • Run programs and reports for month end process
    • Runs program for network tape backups
    • Prints and distributes reports
    • Responsible for some Accounts Payable vendors
    • Support project to implement a new ERP system.
    • Backup position to the switchboard
    • Keeps track of and orders office supplies including computer paper and tapes
    • New Users phone training, email and network set up
    • Some minor help desk support
    • Assisting in various daily operations
    • Other duties as required


    • Achieve annual Personal Business Objectives
    • Maintain and improve departmental systems and standards
    • Maintain integrity of company resources and internal controls

    Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience:
    • Associates degree or high school diploma with work experience
    • A/P experience helpful but not required


    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    This position does not have supervisory responsibilities


    Language Skills:
    Ability to read and write professional emails. Ability to communicate professionally with individuals in the company.


    Ability to work with general mathematical concepts.


    Reasoning Ability:
    Ability to solve practical problem. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.


    Computer Skills:
    Microsoft Office, ten-key ability
